Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 May 2026

The short version. We collect the minimum we need to deliver the tour you've paid for: your booking reference + email so we can verify your ticket, a per-device identifier so up to four phones can use one booking, and your phone's GPS while a tour is running so audio plays at the right place. The GPS is processed on your device — it is never sent to a server. We don't sell anything, we don't track you in the background, and we don't run advertising. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing info@jerseybustours.com.
